What you can see is the result of the water molecules with its bond creating a force, so called "surface tension." Surface tension that is pleasing to the eyes of the audiences.
I took this shot immediately after the rain. Using my Rebelt2i and 18-55mm kitlens, I have done different compositions and I have chosen this one.
